1. Initial Meeting

Business Owners will receive an introductory phone call from one of our partners. The partner will gather basic information about the business, and determine the problems/objectives that the organization is trying to solve.

2. Project Team Assembly

The partner will then match the project with a team of student consultants. Each team consists of 3 experienced consultants who excel in business analysis

3. Kick off Meeting

The project team official meets with business owners to understand their business. The main objectives of the project will be determined and both parties can ask questions to gain deeper understanding. After the meeting, a scope of work document will be sent to the business to confirm project deliverables and objectives.

4. Research

Based on the client’s objectives, the team will develop frameworks to solve the business’ complex issues. Work is divided amongst the project team to do research, customer surveys, analytics, financials, etc. During the research phase, the project lead may reach out to the business owners with any questions or further developments in the project.

5. Ongoing Client Contact

Prior to the strategy and recommendations being finalized, the project team will validate and consult with the business. We will incorporate feedback prior to the final presentation

6. Client Presentation

The partner delivers key recommendations and takeaways from the engagement for the business’ consideration and implementation.
